ISESC Workers’ Compensation TRUST Program 

CaitlinMorgan Insurance Services Indiana Schools Education Service Center (ISESC) Risk Management Program Self-Insurance Trust received approval as the first program established under IC-27-1-39 and IC-21-10-2-1 that permits Indiana Educational Service Centers to establish a risk funding Trust for the benefit of Indiana public school corporations.

THE ISESC TRUST PROGRAM ALLOWS SCHOOLS TO HAVE A STABLE LONG-TERM COST SAVINGS. An analysis of historical rates indicate Indiana schools would have saved 10-30% each year for the previous 5 years compared to commercial industry premiums. Premium savings would have been earning investment income in each schools segregated ISESC TRUST account.

The ISESC TRUST program has all documents in place that comply with the July 1, 2006 TRUST law. Comprehensive loss prevention program and strong claims management help the school reduce their dollars spent on claims.
